The rooftop

Nimbus sits on the ninth floor above Kalyani Nagar, where the city goes gold at six and glitters by eight.
We built it for long evenings: an open-air deck strung with lights for sunset drinks, and a glass-walled lounge for monsoon nights and air-conditioned dinners. Our kitchen cooks global small plates and charcoal grills with a Pune accent, and the bar pours cocktails built around Indian flavours — kokum, jaggery, chai, kala khatta.
