Neelambari (hand-painted textiles label), Hyderabad
- Designs and paints every master piece; 650+ sarees, dupattas and home textiles sold through Instagram, WhatsApp orders, her own site and exhibitions.
- Completed 120 bridal and festive commissions — including a family of 11 matching sarees for a wedding, painted to one Kalamkari tree-of-life story.
- Trained 6 women from her neighbourhood in outlining and filling; they now paint the dupatta and cushion lines, paid per piece.
- Grew revenue to ₹38 lakh in 2024–25; repeat customers make up 45% of orders.
- Tests every paint and fixing method on washes: pieces are heat-set and hand-washable, with a care card in every parcel.
