Santosh started in 2018 as an HVAC technician with a Pune installation contractor, after an ITI in refrigeration and air-conditioning. He was promoted to supervisor after two years, and completed a diploma in mechanical engineering alongside full-time work. Since 2022 he has supervised HVAC packages of ₹6 crore–₹22 crore for a Pune MEP contracting firm, across IT campuses, hospitals and pharma cleanrooms.
