Terms of service

These terms cover orders from Fieldcraft. By sending a brief and paying for an order, you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

1. What we do

We rebuild resumes and CVs, rewrite LinkedIn profiles, write cover letters and build one-page portfolio sites, working only from the information and files you send us. We improve how your record is structured and worded; we do not invent qualifications, jobs or results.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees. Launch prices apply to our first 25 clients.
• Sending a brief does not commit you to anything. We reply by email with a fixed price and deadline, and nothing is charged until you agree.
• Payment is made in advance, by the method given in that email. Work starts once payment is received.

3. Turnaround

• Resumes, CVs and LinkedIn rewrites: within 24 hours of payment.
• Portfolio sites: live within 3–5 days of payment and receiving your material.

The clock starts once we have everything we need. If something important is missing, we will ask, and the deadline moves by the time it takes you to reply. A deadline we agree with you by email replaces these.

4. The included revision

Every order includes one revision round. Ask for it within 14 days of delivery, listing everything you want changed in one message. A revision covers corrections and changes within your original brief, including switching to a different template. New content, a new role to target or further rounds may be charged; we will tell you the price first.

5. Your part

• The information you send must be true and yours to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of the final documents, so please check them before you use them.
• Only send testimonials, images or other material you have the right to use.
• We cannot promise interviews, job offers or any particular result from an employer or an applicant tracking system.

6. Who owns what

• Once paid for, your documents are yours to use and edit as you like.
• Your portfolio site is published on a free hosting account in your name, and any domain is registered in your name. We do not host sites ourselves and charge no yearly fee. The hosting provider's and domain registrar's own terms apply to those accounts.
• We may keep a private copy of your order to handle revisions, as set out in our privacy policy. We never publish your work or use it as a sample without your written permission.

7. Refunds and cancellations

• If you cancel before we start work: full refund.
• If we do not deliver what we agreed: full refund.
• Once your files or site have been delivered, the included revision is how we put things right, rather than a refund.

Refunds are paid back by the method you paid with, within 7 working days.

8. Samples on this site

The sample CVs and portfolios are fictional. Where they name real organisations, the people, their roles there and every result are invented, and no connection with or endorsement by those organisations is implied.

9. Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
