Cohort results with benchmarks
78% grade 5+ versus 72% national benchmark — contextualised against the national figure. Results without context are meaningless; results above national average are compelling.
Subjects and key stages stated
Mathematics KS3–KS5, Physics A-Level, English KS4 — stated precisely so heads know exactly what you can teach without asking. Exam boards named (AQA, Edexcel, OCR).
Leadership responsibilities
Second in Department, TLR holder, ECT mentor, pastoral lead — with evidence of impact. Panels for TLR2 and HOD roles need to see leadership beyond the classroom.
Ofsted observation grades
Outstanding, Good — from internal and external observations. Where you have them, these are strong third-party credibility signals worth featuring.
Additional responsibilities and programmes
Gifted and Talented coordinator, Girls in STEM lead, extracurricular programmes — evidence of whole-school contribution that hiring panels score on person specification criteria.
